“My Philosophy on Mental Health and Wellness.”

Over the course of the past 12 years of working with individual clients, couples, and families, my philosophy of mental health and wellness has in large part been shaped by reviewing the work of other mental health professionals and academics. Their desire to advance the field of psychology through books, articles and studies inspire me to seek effective ways of facilitating positive change in others. There is a tremendous amount of information regarding mental health and wellness and I aim to support those seeking help to connect with the information that is approachable, applicable, and helpful.
